Summary
Operational risk is de facto a matter of assessing whether the organisation is organisationally and substantively prepared to effectively carry out its tasks, even if there are factors disturbing normal operational activity. The operational risk management, apart from identifying the risk and its indications, is based on developing solutions to protect the organisation from factors disturbing the operational activity, as well as on designing and implementing solutions to maintain operational continuity in a situation when such factors occur.
